Sanjeev Sangar is a trader and performance coach, and the host of the PropFirmTrader Podcast. On his own channel, Trading In The Now, he shares the lessons trading taught him the hard way.

On the podcast he sits down with funded traders to go through how they trade: the strategy, the risk they take, the rules they follow and what happened when they asked a prop firm for a payout.

His guests trade Nasdaq futures, forex and gold at firms such as FTMO, Apex Trader Funding and Tradeify. He asks about losses as well as payouts, and challenges guests when the risk looks too heavy.
