Frequently asked questions
How is the payout calculated?
You keep profit × your split percentage; the firm keeps the rest. With a challenge fee entered, the calculator divides the fee by your keep per payout and rounds up to show how many payouts cover it.
What does a profit split like 80/20 mean?
The trader's share leads: 80/20 means you keep 80% of withdrawn profit and the firm keeps 20%. The per-firm calculators read each firm's published split for the exact account you pick.
Do payouts always equal profit × split?
Not always. Firms can apply payout caps, minimums, scaling plans or consistency rules before approving a withdrawal. The calculator shows the split arithmetic; the firm's payout policy governs the rest.
