To reset the trading platform password linked to your Funded Account Challenge: Log in to your FunderPro dashboard Go to the "Challenge Accounts" menu and expand it Select the challenge account you want to reset the password for Click the "Credentials" tab in the top-right corner In the pop-up window, click "Reset Password" Check your email inbox — a new password will be sent within 10 minutes Use the new credentials to access your platform via "Access My Account" If you don’t receive the email, check your Spam or Promotions folders, or contact support for assistance.

When and how are winners announced? The 1st place winner is confirmed as soon as an affiliate reaches 500 qualifying sales. Places 2 to 10 are confirmed after the competition closes on July 30th. What is the Super Bowl Affiliate Showdown? The Super Bowl Affiliate Showdown is an invite-only competition for a hand-picked group of FunderPro affiliates. It is not a sales contest. It is built around engagement, recognising the affiliates who show up, involve their community, and bring people together. Who takes part? Affiliates are selected by FunderPro based on their affiliate performance and the strength and activity of the community they have built. Taking part is by invitation only. Contact your affiliate manager if you believe you should join this competition. How does it work? The competition runs weekly. Each week, invited affiliates engage their community, and the top affiliate of the week wins. Every week resets, so the standings start fresh each time. ​ Most of the activity happens in the FunderPro Discord community, where affiliates can run engagement formats such as Trade of the Week, poker nights, and game tournaments to keep their community active. What does the winner receive? A $100K Classic Challenge account for the winning affiliate. Five $50K Classic Challenge accounts for the winner to share with their community. All prize accounts are Classic Challenge accounts, ready to start on right away. ​ Where does it happen? The community and the competition activity take place in the FunderPro Discord. If you do not place or close any trades on your Challenge, Instant Program, or Funded Stage or for 30 consecutive days , your account will be marked as inactive and automatically failed by the system. This rule is enforced throughout the lifetime of the account, ensuring consistent activity is maintained. This rule applies for the entire duration of the Challenge, Instant Program, or Funded stage, not just after your first trade or initial purchase. This ensures that traders remain consistently active, regardless of their account stage. ⚠️ No renewals or refunds are possible once an account is failed due to inactivity. Application to Different Account Types The inactivity rule applies universally to all FunderPro account types: Challenge Accounts Instant Program Accounts Funded Stage Accounts Regardless of the account type, the 30-day inactivity rule remains consistent. To stay active: Place at least one trade every 30 days Monitor your trading activity regularly to ensure you do not exceed the 30-day inactivity period. Additional Notes There is no maximum time limit to complete the Challenge; however, the 30-day activity requirement always applies. If you're unsure about your status, visit your dashboard. Regularly checking your trading activity can help you avoid inactivity penalties.

How can I improve my consistency percentage and meet the Consistency Rule? The Consistency Rule ensures your profits are generated steadily over time—not from a single large trade. To stay compliant, your most profitable trading day must not exceed a set percentage of your total profits for that phase or challenge type. How to improve your consistency: To lower your percentage and stay within the allowed limit: Continue trading and generate profits across multiple days Focus on smaller, more controlled wins after a large day Avoid oversized positions that could spike your daily total Use consistent lot sizing and manage risk tightly Your consistency percentage automatically improves as you increase total profits without surpassing your daily limit. Example: If your challenge has a 45% consistency rule , and your total profit is $1,000 , your best day should not exceed $450 . If your best day is already $600, you’ll need to generate more profit on other days until $600 is no longer more than 45% of your total.
