One-Sided Bets

  • Avoid predominantly trading in one direction without proper analysis.
  • Excessive volume in a short time may be considered gambling.
  • Excessive risk per trade or in a series without reasonable loss management is prohibited.


Overleveraging

  • Excessive leverage is prohibited.
  • Margin level must stay above 150% to avoid margin breach.


No Excessive Scalping

  • Holding 50% or more of trades for less than one minute is prohibited.


All-In Trading Behavior (Punting)

  • Committing most of the account’s equity to a single trade or series without risk management is not allowed.


Inactivity Rule

  • You must place at least one trade within 30 days to avoid suspension.


News Trading

  • Opening or closing trades is prohibited 2 minutes before and after high-impact (red folder) news events.
  • Applies to both evaluation and funded accounts unless purchased with the News Trading Addon.
