Consistency Rules

Starter Plan: A 40% consistency rule applies during the funded phase. No single trading day can account for more than 40% of total profits. If this threshold is exceeded, traders must continue trading until the percentage falls below 40%.

Starter Plus Plan: A 50% consistency rule applies during the evaluation phase only. No consistency rule is applied during the funded phase.

Expert Plan: No consistency rule is applied during either the evaluation or funded phases.

Payout Policy

Profit Split: Traders retain 100% of the first $10,000 in profits. Profits beyond this amount are split 90% to the trader and 10% to My Funded Futures.

Payout Frequency:

• Starter Plan: Payouts can be requested after five winning days, with a minimum profit of $100 (for a $50K account), $200 (for a $100K account), or $300 (for a $150K account).
• Starter Plus Plan: Same as the Starter Plan, but with no consistency rule during the funded phase.
• Expert Plan: Payouts can be requested every 14 calendar days.

Minimum Withdrawal:

• Starter Plan: $250.
• Expert Plan: $1,000.

Processing Time:

• Starter Plan: Payouts are processed within 6–12 hours, Monday through Friday.
• Expert Plan: Payouts are processed within 1–3 business days.

Buffer Zone Policy (Expert Plan Only):

During the buffer zone phase, traders can withdraw up to 60% of their profits. Any withdrawal resets the buffer to $0, and the remaining drawdown is lost.
