Consistency Rules


Consistency rule for startTrader (3 step evaluation) only:
There are so called consistency rules applied by default on all accounts of StartTrader- there is a maximum daily profit monitored for each Phase:

  • Phase 1: max 40% of your Profit Target can come from 1 day
  • Phase 2: max 40% of your Profit Target can come from 1 day
  • Phase 3: max 40% of your Profit Target can come from 1 day
  • StartTrader Phase(funded phase): max 1% of profit calculated from the starting balance can come from 1 day(*accounts purchased from 19 December 2024 do not have the consistency rule of max 1% profit per day activated.)

Key rules

  • Multiple Profiles: Creating multiple profiles is prohibited.
  • Minimum Trading Days: Fulfilling minimum trading days with small lot trades is not allowed.
  • Over Leveraging: Placing random large trades without a strategy will be flagged.
  • Profit Target: Achieving the profit target in one trade (or a few similar trades in one day) is prohibited.


Consistency Rules To limit gambling practices, consistency rules may be applied, including:

  • Requirement to use Stop Losses.
  • Limit on maximum risk per trade, per account, or per day.
  • Capping maximum daily profit.
  • Capping maximum daily loss.
  • Reducing leverage.
  • Setting maximum daily lot exposure.
  • Restricting trading during news.


Copy Trading

  • Allowed, you can copy your own trades from your own accounts - if your master account is somewhere else than on Fintokei, we might ask you to prove ownership of said account. Copying from third parties is prohibited.


EAs

  • Allowed ,but prohibited for 3rd party trade copying, automated evaluations, exploiting inefficiencies, martingale, scalping, arbitrage, or hedging.


News Trading

  • Allowed


Minimum trading days

  • 0 for Swift trader
  • 3 profitable days for Start trader and ProTrader


Inactivity rule

  • 30 days


There are limits for max. order size per trade

  • FX - 100 lots
  • Gold, Silver, Oil - 100 lots
  • XPD, XPT, NGAS - 20 lots
  • CFD Indices - 20 lots


Payout Policy


Payout frequency

  • You can withdraw performance rewards from the virtual ProTrader or StartTrader account after 14 days have passed since your last withdrawal or your first trade. For the virtual SwiftTrader account, withdrawals are allowed if you achieve an initial profit target of 10% or more and at least 14 days have passed since your last withdrawal or first trade.
