Consistency Rules

Evaluation Phase

• A 40% consistency rule applies. No single trading day can account for 40% or more of your total profits.
• If a trading day exceeds this, you must continue trading until that day's profit falls below 40% of the total profits.

Funded Phase

• The 40% consistency rule continues to apply.
• If one trading day equals or exceeds 40% of your total profits during the reward period, you won't be eligible to request a payout until that percentage drops below 40%.

Instant Accounts

• A stricter 20% consistency rule is enforced.
• No single trading day can account for 20% or more of your total profits during the payout period.

Beginner Accounts

• 100% profit split initially
• Then 90% after threshold payouts

Standard & Instant Accounts

• 90% trader split standardly

Lifetime Threshold

AquaFutures advertises:

• 100% payouts up to $15,000 lifetime rewards
• 90% thereafter

Biggest Loss Rule

For Instant funded accounts:

• Largest losing trade cannot exceed the largest winning trade during reward periods.

Accounts may become inactive after:

• Approximately 10–30 days without trading activity depending on model type.
