Consistency Rules

• A 50% Consistency Rule applies during the Evaluation phase. This means profits from any single trading day cannot exceed 50% of total accumulated profits required to pass the evaluation.
• A 40% Consistency Rule applies to Standard and Zero Qualified Accounts. During the funded phase, no single trading day can generate 40% or more of total profits accumulated since the last payout request.

If the rule is exceeded:

• The account is not breached
• Payout eligibility is temporarily restricted
• Traders must continue trading until the consistency percentage falls below 40%

Additional Notes

• The consistency calculation resets after every successful payout.
• Advanced Qualified Accounts do not have a consistency rule requirement.

Payout Policy (Premium Plan)

• Traders can request payouts every 14 days from the first trade placed on their Qualified Account, provided the 40% Consistency Rule is satisfied.
• Minimum withdrawal: $200
• Maximum withdrawal: Up to $15,000 depending on account size and payout cycle.

Profit Split Structure

• Payouts 1 & 2: 70%
• Payouts 3 & 4: 80%
• Payouts 5 and beyond: 90%

Processing Time

• Payout requests are generally processed within 48 business hours.

Payout Policy (Advanced Plan)

Qualified traders may:

• 90% profit split from the first payout
• Withdraw up to 50% of profits every 5 winning trading days
• Each winning day must generate at least $200 profit
• After 30 winning days, traders may withdraw up to 100% of profits

Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum withdrawal: $1,000
• Maximum withdrawal: $15,000

Qualified traders can:

• 90% profit split from the first payout
• Request withdrawals every 5 winning days
• Each winning day must generate at least $200 profit
• Comply with the 40% Consistency Rule

Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum withdrawal: $200
• $25K Account: $1,000
• $50K Account: $1,500
• $100K Account: $2,500

Maximum Loss Limit (MLL)

Withdrawals contribute toward the account’s Maximum Loss Limit (MLL).
